This Regulation establishes the exact amount of the costs of variety examination in the process of considering the request for granting plant breeders on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, (inspired and regulated by special rules governing the amount of fees for the examination and re-examination of varieties of agricultural plants, stipulated on the basis of the Law on recognition of agricultural plant varieties, Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 30/2010).
