This Regulation establishes the content, manner and deadlines with regard to the submitting of data which energy undertakings performing activities of import and/or production of oil and/or petroleum products and/or biofuels and energy undertakings performing activities of wholesale and/or retail sale of petroleum products and/or biofuels are obliged to submit to the competent Croatian Ministry for the purpose of energy planning and mandatory reporting, data collection and financial aspects.
