This Regulation stipulates the detailed conditions for the issuance of the energy license, contents of the request for issuance of these permits also depending on the type and purpose of the energy facilities, the methods for data collection and the contents of the register of issued energy permits and the register of authorizations which have ceased to be valid, and the conditions for approval for energy facilities for electricity production, for which no energy permit is officially requested.
