This Regulation establishes more detailed and specific conditions for issuing the certificates for consignments (of animals, foodstuffs, raw materials, products, feed and animal waste) also in terms of veterinary and sanitary conditions to be respected by various participants in internal and international trade (transport, loading/unloading, transshipment) and regards the general approach to such sanitary issues.
