The present Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure establishes detailed scope and form of power audit and assessment algorithms of thermo-modernizing ventures profitability. The Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Form of power audit (sect. 2); Detailed scope of power audit of a building (sect. 3); Detailed scope of power audit of a local heat source (sect. 4); Detailed scope of power audit of a local heating network (sect. 5); Final provision (s
