This Regulation defines the elements for assessment (uniform principles for evaluation and registration of plant protection products aimed to provide a high level of protection of human and animal health and environmental care principles) of active substances, basic substances and generic plant protection products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, as also defined in the Law on plant protection products (Official Gazette 41/2009).
