This Regulation provides procedures for embryo and sperm production. Individuals and companies involved in embryo and sperm production should apply to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs that would grant a two years licence, covering only operation and facilities start-up. License must be issued and granted by Ministry for every single breeding animal used for embryo and semen production.
