This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs, entitles specified associations of breeders and other entities to different tasks concerning evaluation of utilitarian or breeding value of animals. In particular, Polish Federation of Cattle Breeders and Dairy Farmers is entitled to evaluate utilitarian value of cattle, publish results of this evaluation, manage information system processing these results, and keep laboratory testing milk
