In accordance with article 55, point 1 of the Air Protection Act and pursuant to European Community provisions, this Regulation sets out emission limits and conditions applicable to incinerators and installations approved for wastes combustion. Moreover, the Regulation deals with classification of wastes as per categories of sources of air pollution, in accordance with article 4, point 8 of the Air Protection Act.
