Regulation establishing the Seed and Seedling Centre.

This Regulation sets out powers and duties of the new Seed and Seedling Centre such as quality control, recognition of new species, protection of existing species, keeping of the register on seed and seedling, etc. The Headquarters of the Centre is in Osijek.
