This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 19 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the way and conditions of the use of the total quota of fishing for certain species of marine organisms in Polish economic zone, territorial sea, the Bay of Puck, The Bay of Gdansk and basins located outside Polish marine borders. The Annex specifies the way of dividing total and additional quotas of fishing cod.
