This Regulation aims to establish a National Hazelnut Council composed of traders, industries, associations, cooperatives, research and educational institutes concerned with hazelnut production and hazelnut products. The Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of establishment, operation, management, functions, authority, control and financing of the National Hazelnut Council.
