This Regulation provides for: the examination program for commercial fishing on the territory of the Croatian Republic; the composition of the examination committee and the necessary method of examinations for professional qualifications (commercial fishing); the correct form for the certificate of competency for commercial fishing and the presentation of certificates with or without the examination; the form, content and manner of keeping the Register of issued certificates.
