The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the payment of fees for municipal waste and for small quantities of hazardous waste to the Special Purpose Waste Association. The text - consisting of 11 articles – deals with following aspects: purpose and sphere of application, levying of fees, use of fees, fixing of amount of fees, legal protection and entry into force. One Annex is enclosed.
