The present Regulation redefines the terms used in the text as per art. 2, indicates which authorities will be presiding over the Registry (art.3), art. 5 lists which fishing vessels are subject to registration,. In Chapter II are indicated the Agencies in charge for the registry and the registration, Chapter III deals with the “registry of fishing ships", and Chapter IV deals with “registration of Fishing Ships” while Chapters V and VI, respectively, list the procedures for “Overseas registrati
