The Regulation, which consists of 6 articles, establishes the Supreme Council of Health and Food Security. The main objectives of this Council include health promotion, improvement of the living quality of population and coordination in the field of food security, health and nutrition. The Council is under supervision of the Ministry of Health and the president of the country is the head of Council.
