This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 20 paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes forms and methods of monitoring of homogeneous surface water bodies and groundwater: (1) types and purposes of monitoring; (2) criteria of selection of water bodies for monitoring; (3) types of control points and criteria of their determining; (4) scope and frequency of monitoring; (5) referential methods and methods of ensuring the quality of monitoring. Additionally, the present Reg
