This Regulation, consisting of 9 Chapters and 11 Attachments, in order to implement the provisions of Article 42 paragraphs (5) and (6) of Government Regulation No. 28/2004 on Food Safety, Quality, and Nutrition, stipulates the Regulation of Head of Drug and Food Control Agency on Processed Food Registration Procedure. It establishes the procedures to register processed food, specifying that application for requesting a Registration shall be submitted in writing by filling out Registration Form
