This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 25 paragraphs and six Annexes, establishes detailed requirements for geological documentation and for geotechnical documentation. The scope of documentation is specified individually for: (1) groundwater of balance area (Annex 1); (2) approach to groundwater (Annex 2); (3) natural spring (Annex 3); (4) medicinal waters and brines (Annex 4); (5) thermal waters (Annex 5); (6) geotechnical documentation (Annex 6).
