Regulation on the implementation of the capital investment in agriculture, fisheries and forestry.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary terms and modalities for exercising the right of irreversible investment support (capital investments) in agriculture, forestry and fishing, the highest and lowest amount of investment subsidy that shall be determined by the users and their obligations and prescribed application forms for support, other certificates and administrative forms.
