This Regulation prescribes the conditions and procedures for exercising the right of irreversible investment support (capital investments) in agriculture, forestry and fishing (on the territory of the Croatian Republic), the highest and lowest amounts of investment support, also setting the users obligations and prescribed application (administrative) forms, certificates, and other relevant standards and rules.
