This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the implementation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora aiming at the sustainability of the endangered species. It also provides for the control of their international trade. The regulation further sets forth provisions regarding the duties, responsibilities and coordination among various institutions regarding this matter. The species subject to the coverage of controlled interna
