This Regulation prescribes the implementation of obligatory measures in approved slaughtering, processing, processing and storing of products of animal origin in order to reduce microbiological and other contamination of meat, meat products and other products of animal origin, in order to protect human health and obtaining animal health conditions laid in the Republic of Croatia with the conditions that are prescribed by the United States and by the Council of the European Union.
