This Regulation prescribes all necessary measures and standards for the enforcement system of subsequent controls of major beneficiaries of the agricultural products market who receive payments or performing directly or indirectly as an associate with the system of financing of the European Fund for Agricultural Guarantee (EAGF), or their representatives, in order to check whether transactions are done and implemented correctly.
