This Regulation lays down provisions implementing the Law on Hunting. It sets forth detailed rules on the procedure for the issue of hunting licences, the membership of the Hunting Commission established by the Law and the list of species that may be hunted. Specific provisions are laid down as regards hunting for harmful species which might damage crops, forest resources and flora in general. Further provisions concern the objectives of hunting management plans.
