This Regulation implementing the Minerals Act No. 3213 defines the principles and procedures concerning licence and certification for exploration and mining activities, supervision and control on exploration and mining activities, ore production, production of construction materials to be used in road, bridge, dam, pond and harbor constructions and defines principles and procedures concerning the management of abandoned areas with licence.
