This Ministerial Regulation, made under the Ordinance on Slaughter of Animals and Inspection of Meat, prohibits the importation and transit of poultry, wild and captive birds and meat and other products of such poultry and birds from various Asian and European countries including: China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Romania and the Russian Federation.
