This Regulation, which consists of 5 articles, aims to regulate provisions on keeping farm animals. According to the Regulation, keeping farm animals, as well as animal husbandry are permitted in rural areas and need no certification. Supply and sale of farm animals in the urban areas are only possible in specific places and with permission.
