This Regulation prescribes rules for the labelling of goods manufactured in Vietnam as well as imported goods. "Goods" here includes raw and processed foodstuffs, and essential commodities. Food and drinks that are ready-packed and are to be consumed within 24 hours shall not be governed by the present Regulations.
