Regulation of the Law on Preventing Air Pollution.

The present Regulation is made under the Law of 23 April 1995 on Prevention of Air Pollution. The Regulation consists of 10 Articles, subdivided in 3 Chapters as follows: General Principles (I); Motor Vehicles (II); Commercial, Miscellaneous Sources (III). The Regulation states that the Department of Environment shall collect information, monitor and report any sources of air pollution.
