The Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of the establishment, operation and supervision of a licensed grain, legume and oilseed warehouses, aiming at: facilitating trade of grain, legume and oilseed and ensuring safety and maintaining the quality of these agricultural products. The Regulation also covers procedural provisions on the licences and on insurances.
