This Regulation defines the principles for obtaining operational licenses for mining activities in forests, afforestation areas, hunting areas, national parks, nature parks, nature monuments, agricultural areas, meadows, catchments, coastal areas, territorial waters, tourism areas, military areas, and development areas.
