This Regulation stipulates the limit values (maximum presence of certain pollutants) of hazardous and harmful substances present in wastewaters that can be discharged into the natural recipient after the necessary purification, further defining the conditions for discharge of waste waters from the system of Public sewage into the natural recipient, as well as the manner of mandatory controls over the wastewater quality/chemical structure.
