This Regulation defines and implements the limitation of emissions into air (by providing also the technical part and concrete technological issues and limits) deriving directly from biomass incineration from stationary plants/facilities present and operating on the territory of the Brcko District (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
