This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down living conditions and care of wild animals kept in captivity, regardles of the purpose of the containment. It is obligatory to inform the ministry responsible for nature conservation on the acquisition of animal species to which the law governing the conservation of nature applies.
