This Regulation defines: the way of dealing with waste that is not clearly marked or unmarked, or whose content is unknown; the way of dealing with waste that is not on the list of hazardous waste, but it is suspected (due to its quantity and composition) that could be harmful and/or dangerous to the environment and human and animal health; the organizations and institutions involved/responsible for activities related to the procedures for the treatment of waste (above mentioned types of waste).
