This Regulation prescribes the procedures and deadlines for elaboration and issuance of scientific opinions or reports in relation to food safety issues, here in relation with the function of providing the scientific and technical assistance by competent state authorities and other bodies and institutions (such as Food Safety Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
