This Regulation defines the measures for detecting, preventing and combating the spread of Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, further defining the necessary methods for determining the boundaries of infected and endangered areas and areas without any confirmed presence of this harmful organism, including the terms and conditions for ending the imposed measures and other relevant issues such as informing and reporting provisions.
