This Regulation prescribes measures to be taken in order to prevent the spread and to control the golden potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis Woll.) and the pale potato cyst nematode (Globodera pallida stone). For the purpose of determining the presence and spread of potato cyst nematode, official surveillance will be conducted in accordance with annual program.
