This Regulation prescribes all necessary administrative and financial measures and procedures for a correct and sustainable way of funding of the work and activities of the Croatian National Agency for Obligatory Petroleum Stocks (petroleum products for compulsory stocks) and its compulsory stocks of oil and petroleum products, on the territory of the Croatian Republic, as a concrete national strategic objective.
