This Regulation prescribes the correct method of keeping records (data on the imported and exported quantities of chemicals and reports on actual quantities of exported and imported chemicals or certain products) on chemicals and issued permits to carry out activities dealing with hazardous chemicals (activities such as transport, delivery and/or sale of chemicals on the territory of Montenegro).
