This Regulation prescribes the competent authority and duties of the competent authority (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) for the implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1737/2006 of 7 November 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) no. 2152/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning monitoring of forests and environmental interactions in the Community (OJ L 334, 30.11.2006).
