This Regulation, consisting of 37 articles divided into 10 Chapters, establishes Guidelines and Requirements for Pesticide Registration. This Regulation is intended as a legal basis for the administration of registration including testing and licensing as well as supervision of pesticides. This Regulation aims to: a) protecting people and the environment from harmful effects resulting from the storage, distribution and use of pesticides; b) improve efficiency and effectiveness of pesticide use;
