This Regulation aims at implementing a Plantations Revitalization Program in order to expand, rejuvenate and rehabilitate small scale plantation plants in newly developed areas or old areas through the use of advanced technology. The Plantations Revitalization Program shall be implemented by companies which have Plantations Business Licences and by planters or cooperatives.
