This Regulation, consisting of 23 articles divided into eight Chapters, establishes the Supervision and Action of Quarantine Measures on the Import of Pathogen and/or Animal Drugs of Biological Supplies. This regulation is intended as a legal basis for quarantine officers in carrying out surveillance and quarantine measures against the introduction of pathogens and/or biological materials. The purpose is to prevent the entry and dissemination of HPH through pathogens and/or biological materials.
