This Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes the Supervision upon the Organization of Mining Business Management performed by the Government of Province and the Government of Distict/City. The objectives of the supervision is to carry out inspections on mining licensing and mining activity within the National territory, specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform mineral exploitation.
