These Regulations specify financial measures for specific fishing activity as follows: "4. A fee of Ten Rupees (Rs. 10/=) shall be charged for a kilogram of Beche-de-mer. This sum shall be paid when applying for a license for the export of boiled and dried (processed) Beche-de-mer."
