This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, establishes the Instrument for Monitoring Fishing Vessels and Fish Transporting Vessels. This Regulation applies for fishing vessels (size above 30 gross tons) operating within WPP-NRI and open seas and fish transportation vessels operating within the WPP-NRI and open seas.
