This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, establishes the Implementation of Infrastructure and Facilities in Domestic Waste Disposal. The objectives of this Regulation are: accomplish effective implementation of PSP with environmental insight; improve coverage of waste disposal service; improve the level of community's health and environmental quality; protect natural resources; formulate waste as a resource.
