This Regulation provides for the benchmark price of fish for calculating levy on fishery products. The benchmark price shall be stipulated by the Minister of Trade by referring to the price of fish on the domestic market and international markets (art. 1). Article 2 gives the formula for calculating benchmark prices of fish. The prices of fish per Kg are contained in the Attachment to this Regulation.
